GAYA KOMUNIKASI PUSTAKAWAN DI UNIT PELAYANAN TEKNIS PERPUSTAKAAN UNIVERSITAS ISLAM NEGERI SULTHAN THAHA SAIFUDDIN JAMBI

Abstract

This study aims to determine the communication style of librarians at the Sultan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi State Islamic University library using Cangara and Hefiels' theory. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with primary and secondary data collection through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results show that the librarians' communication style is assertive, characterized by a positive attitude, friendliness, and a willingness to listen to criticism and suggestions from users.
