Peer Review Process

To ensure academic rigor and publication quality, every paper submitted to ICOLL undergoes a structured review workflow:

  1. Initial Screening: The Editor and Technical Committee evaluate the paper for focus, scope, formatting compliance, and similarity check (Turnitin). Submissions with a similarity index exceeding 20% will be rejected immediately.
  2. Double-Blind Peer Review: Papers passing initial screening are sent to at least two independent expert reviewers. Both the reviewer and author identities remain anonymous.
  3. Review Decision:
    • Accepted without Revision
    • Accepted with Minor Revision
    • Accepted with Major Revision (Resubmit for Review)
    • Rejected
  4. Final Camera-Ready Submission: Authors must revise their manuscripts according to the reviewers' comments and upload the final camera-ready copy along with the payment proof.
