Al-Majaz fi Kitabi Al-Mahfudzot lissoffi Al-Khomis Bimakhadi Darussalam Gontor (Dirasah Tahliliyah fi Ilmi Bayan)

Abstract

Mahfudzat is a group of words or sentences that have a fixed structure, which usually conveys certain meanings, containing comparisons, parables, and advice on life principles. This analysis examines: 1) What types of majaz are found in the fifth grade Mahfudzat book at Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor? 2) What are the alaqoh contained in the Majaz? 3) What are the meanings of the Majaz? This research is a type of qualitative research. From the results, the researcher obtained 24 sentences containing different Majaz arrangements, including 2 Majaz Aqli, 10 Majaz Mursal, and 4 Majaz Isti'arah.
